Panel submission process
Panel submissions must be made online. Panel proposals submitted via e-mail, post, or other methods will not be accepted.
Although the conference language is English, this is a joint CUGH–ALASAG meeting, and we will offer selected sessions in Spanish with simultaneous interpretation service. Please submit your panel proposal in English but indicate if you plan to present the panel in Spanish.
The Submission Timeline
Panel changes and corrections will be accepted until the deadline on August 31st, 2026 (midnight ET).
Panel submissions will undergo a review process and will be accepted/rejected based on the score received.
All selected panel speakers and moderators must register for the conference. Registration fees, travel and accommodation costs must be covered by session organizers and/or speakers. We cannot cover any of these expenses.
Each panel proposal will be reviewed by three reviewers. Panels will be accepted based on the score received during the review process.
Notifications (E-mails)
Note that only the panel submitter receives all notifications about any panel submissions. Therefore, make sure that e-mails from secretariat@cughlima2027.org are not marked as spam by your email provider.
