All cancellations must be requested in writing to the conference secretariat. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the following terms:
  • Refunds will be effective until November 30ᵗʰ, 2026, with a deduction of US$75 for administrative expenses, for payments made by bank transfer or credit card. If the payment was made by bank transfer, CUGH 2027 will send the amount paid, less US$75, to the bank account indicated by the interested party. If the payment was made by credit card, CUGH 2027 will reimburse the amount paid, less the US$75 penalty, to the same credit card used for the registration process.
  • No refunds will be attended after December 1ˢᵗ, 2026.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the formal written request. CUGH 2027 will issue the necessary credit notes to cancel said transactions.
  • In special cases, registration may be transferred to another person, provided they have the same status and category as the original participant. These replacements will only be accepted until December 31ˢᵗ, 2026.
