Terms and Conditions
- A written request is necessary for preliminary reservation CUGH 2027 sponsor and exhibitor reservation form.pdf
- Full payment via wire transfer is requested for confirmation of booth space and program slot. Payment to be received 30 days after final confirmation.
- CUGH 2027 will provide AV equipment at no additional cost.
- Coffee break for diamond plus and diamond categories include hot and cold beverages, natural fruit juice, mini sandwiches and assorted pastries for 100 people.
- Program contents of workshops to be confirmed and approved by the Executive Planning Committee (EPC). Program slots subject to availability on a first come-first served basis.
- Inserts in conference bags to be provided by the sponsor.
- Color ad e-files in high resolution will be provided by the sponsor.
- All sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged on program book.
- CUGH 2027 will provide shell scheme booth with basic furniture and company name on booth upper front.
